The Follow-up Advocate drives strong client outcomes by following up by call/text/email to help clients work through any barriers they may be facing in the weeks following the attorney meeting.

The Production Assistant helps coordinate all aspects of production. The goal of production is to support the various ministries that operate on Sunday morning by overseeing and implementing policies and procedures which ensure efficiency and smooth flow of services.  

The virtual experience guide will aide in Sunday service by posting, observing, and responding to live online conversations within the ministry’s community.
